Atlas Gardens

This new and modern commercial and industrial node is situated in the heart of the beautiful Durbanville Winelands in the Northern Suburbs. It is prefectly based and literally a stones throw away from the N7 Freeway which gives free and easy access to the N1 highway leading to and from the city.

A new road, the M12, is being planned which will give the Industrial node even more flexibility and direct access to Parow and Bellville. The area is very tranquil and well landscaped with a lot less traffic then most industrial nodes. Atlas Gardens has controlled security, is landscaped and offers a tranquil working environment. .

Being on the main highway route makes the Northern Suburbs very accessible to both Cape Town International Airport, which is about 27km’s from Atlas Gardens, and the harbour and container terminals which is about 26km’s away.

Although not well serviced by transport at present, the area is serviced by mini bus taxi's and the bus infrastructue is being upgraded with Rapid Bus Transport System extending towards the N7 freeway.

There are numerous large organisations which have already made Atlas Gardens their home. They include companies such as C-Track, Elwierda Bus Transport, Frozen Food Distributors, Vision Elevators, Sirodent, Baldwin Filters and Tanker Services.
