Acsion to list onJSE on 9 December

The shares of property developer Acsion will be listed in the “Real Estate - Real Estate Holding and Development” sector of the JSE on Tuesday 9 December‚ the company said in an abridged pre-listing statement. There will be a private placement by way of an offer for subscription of up to 19.8m no par value ordinary shares in Acsion for an aggregate maximum subscription price of R200m‚ the company said on Tuesday. The JSE has granted Acsion a listing of up to 414‚761‚956 shares under the abbreviated name “Acsion”‚ share code “ACS”.
