Bellville Triangle, or Triangle farm as it is also known, is one of the older industrial areas in the Northern Suburbs and home to companies such as Clover, Astra Pak, Meyer & Ferreira furniture to name a few. Factories and Warehouses TO LET or FOR SALE are few, as rentals are reasonable and the tenant turnover rate is low with many companies having occupied the same premises for over a decade.
Situated just off Voortrekker Road behind Sanlamhof, Bellville Triangle offers quick access to major arterial routes such as the R300 (which links the N1 and N2) and Robert Sobukwe Road (Modderdam Road) which links up with the N2.
Bellville South, including Sacks Circle, is a well-established Industrial node that caters mostly for large manufacturers such as Consol, Nampak, USABCO, Nettex and Alstom John Thompson. The sale and redevelopment of the old South African Nylon Spinners (SANS) property into what is today known as Mega Park (with units ranging from 300m2 up to 10,000m2) has opened the area to smaller users, specifically smaller users requiring a lot of power. Large warehousing and distribution facilities are also available at very competitive rentals.
Located on Robert Sobukwe Road (Modderdam Road), Bellville South is in close proximity to Cape Town International Airport and Major arterial routes such as the N2 and R300.
