Dear Owner and or stakeholder – Montague Gardens and Marconi Beam
The MMID was officially established on the 1st of July 2017.
The Steering Committee is busy with the initial stages of implementing the business plan, which includes the registration of the Not For Profit Company (NPC), appointing staff, sourcing and appointing service providers and leasing premises among other things.
We are happy to announce that we have appointed Captain Gary Bower as the Operations Manager of the MMID.
We are confident that the experience in public safety and the related social issues that Gary has gained over 28 years in the SAPS, 27 years of which were served in Milnerton, will be invaluable and he will be an asset to the MMID. Gary officially commenced work on the 10th of July 2017.
We expect the cleaning service to commence work during the course of August and the public safety service by September.
Gary will start the process of introducing himself to owners as soon as possible.
