MONTAGUE GARDENS.

Woolworths, Clicks, as well as numerous other logistics and freight courier companies have set up operations in Montague Gardens for convenient distribution to their outlets thoughout the region. With Montague Gardens positioning at the centre of Cape Town's metropol and the Cape Peninsula it enjoys easy access to Cape Town's regional road network.

Montague Gardens provides warehouses and factory premises from 100M2 units to warehouses measuring in access of 10 000M2. A large number of these warehouses are located in modern secure industrial parks.
