Atterbury Property will develop offices for Servest and Colgate Palmolive in Waterfall, which is rapidly attracting leading corporates, and has already claimed its spot among South Africa’s pre-eminent business addresses. An artist’s impression of Servest’s new 6 650sqm, custom-built head office and warehouse facility, set to be developed by Atterbury Property in Waterfall’s Logistics Precinct. This is according to Atterbury Property Development Director, Coenie Bezuidenhout, who is responsible for coordinating this commercial real estate project. He says Waterfall, strategically located between Midrand and Sandton, is the largest ‘greenfield’ urban concept development in the country and positioned to become a strong and most successful node in South Africa. Attacq Waterfall Investment Company holds the development rights to the Waterfall Business Estate, and is 81.2 percent owned by JSE-listed Attacq and 18.8 percent by Atterbury Property Holdings. Bezuidenhout says it is a pleasure to welcome Servest and Colgate Palmolive to Waterfall. “We look forward to creating a strategic business presence for both of these brands, with purpose-designed offices in a vibrant and burgeoning business node that really meets the needs of modern companies.” Noted consumer products company, Colgate Palmolive, will join Waterfall City in an entire 4 241 square metre building at Maxwell Office Park. This, the fifth building in the park, will become its new administrative head office, and is set for completion in September 2015. Servest, the multi-service solutions group, has chosen Waterfall’s Logistics Precinct as the location for its 6 650 square metre custom-built new head office and warehouse facility. The new headquarters will enjoy outstanding visibility on the N1 highway. Servest’s Group Marketing Manager, Deborah Wiertek, says Servest’s bespoke new offices at Waterfall will emphasise its open, progressive culture.
